OffShow the Town Hall on screens around the building through OptiSigns. Screens can’t sign in with Microsoft, so they use a private link instead. Anyone with the link can watch, so only put it in OptiSigns. Screens don’t count toward attendance.
Screens reload the player automatically around the start time. If the stream has gone live but a screen still shows “Stream Offline”, click Refresh screens now; every screen reloads within 15 seconds.
